What methods of payment do you accept?

How do I know it's safe to use my credit card on your website?
Safety on the internet is always a large concern. Our secure domain order form
uses an SSL connection provided by Comodo. All your private data
will be sent via 128-bit SSL encryption at all times whilst in
transit over the Internet. When you are on the secure order form
page you will see an https in the web address on your web browser
to show the page is secure.
Is there a minimum time commitment or contract for hosting?
We have multiple hosting options that allow you to choose which
commitment is best for you. These options include 1 month, 6 month,
and 1 year hosting plans.
How do you bill for your services?
This is dependant on the hosting plan you choose. If you choose to host on
a monthly basis, an invoice will be sent each subsequent month after your
account is set up. For a 6 month plan, an invoice will be sent every 6 months,
and with 1-year plans you will be sent an invoice once per year on the anniversary of
your account creation.
Are there any account startup fees for shared hosting?
There is no account startup fee.
How quickly are accounts set up?
We setup hosting and domain accounts immediately upon approval. Special packages
and features will take a maximum of 24 hours.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
We do offer a 30-day money back guarentee on all of our hosting plans. If you wish to
cancel your service after the 30 day period, your account will be deleted at the end of the contract.
Do you offer any kind of stat programs?
The Plesk Control Panel that you recieve when you sign up for an account
has an in-depth statstics program built in. With this statistics program,
you are able to see a variety of information like number of visitors,
how long the visitors stay on your site, where the visitors come from,
and much more!
Do you charge for changes in mx records?
With the Plesk Control Panel, you have the ability to change all of your own MX records at no
cost.
How do I point my domain to my Kaysid Interenet Solutions hosting account?
You will need to go to where you registered the domain name and modify the Domain Name Server (DNS)
to point to Kaysid-Servers. If you purchase your Domain Name through Kaysid Internet Solutions,
we will take care of this process for you. To point your domain name to hosting with
Kaysid-Servers.com, you will need to change your DNS settings to our nameservers (sent via Email when

What is domain propagation?
Changes made to your domain will typically take 12-72 hours to "propagate" across all of the different ISPs.
This basically means that not all ISPs are going to recieve the changes made all at once, so it will be a
period of time before all ISPs recieve the changes you have made. In the meantime while this propagation
occurs, we will provide you with a temporary address and IP that will allow you to begin working on your site
immediately until the necessary changes have been made.
How do I upload my web site via FTP?
You will need an FTP program to upload your files to your new account. Here is a short list of
some of the most common FTP programs.
